I have been fortunate to given the responsibility of organising a dental screening station at the Annual Hindu Endowment Board Medical Fair organised jointly with Oli 96.8 FM. With the dental volunteers, we were able to assess 200 patients who were advised on their dental conditions and counselled individually as to what they needed treatment for.
I am delighted to know that a Memorandum of Understanding was signed today by the Organising Committee to ensure that this successful Medical Fair would be carried out for the next 3 years ahead as a minimum.
A lovely new group of volunteers and friends who helped make this event a success !
